This website is informative and presentational: it makes known the activity of the association and the shows and services it offers. It does not allow purchases or bookings to be made through it, nor does it collect personal data beyond what the user chooses to send us voluntarily by email.

Any booking is formalised by agreement between the parties outside this website.

The contents of this website —texts, photographs, graphics, images, design, source code and other audiovisual elements— are owned by the association or by third parties that have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Photographs of artists and shows are published with the authorisation of their authors or of the rights holders, and are used solely to publicise the activity of the association.

Information about artists, formats and services is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. The availability of each show is confirmed at the time of booking.

The association is not liable for damage arising from failures or interruptions in telecommunications networks beyond its control.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The relationship between the association and the user is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile where the user has that status, and to those of Sevilla in all other cases.
